Waist and hips are body measurements: measure around the narrowest part of your waist and the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. If you're between sizes, size down. Half waist width, inseam and front rise are measured on the leggings laid flat and may vary by up to 1 inch because each pair is custom-made by hand.
