At Sparkle Style®, every piece is made to order—crafted with care, energy, and intention just for you.
Because of this, we offer store credit or size exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Please review the details below for how to initiate a return or exchange.
General Policy
We want you to love your Sparkle Style® purchase.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns for store credit on eligible items postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
✨ Please note:
All Sparkle Style® pieces are made to order. To reduce waste and honor our made-for-you model, we ask that you order one size you expect will fit rather than multiple sizes. If it doesn’t fit perfectly, you can exchange it for a new size or request store credit.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged, please email hello@sparklestyle.co within 7 days of delivery for a quick resolution.
We’ll replace the item or issue store credit at no cost to you.
Please include:
- Your order number (found on your confirmation email or packing slip)
- Photos of the issue
- Any relevant details you’d like to share
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date.
Returns
To start a return, email hello@sparklestyle.co within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligible items must be postmarked within 30 days to qualify for store credit.
Return conditions:
- Product must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Include original packaging and invoice
- Customer covers return shipping costs
- Swimwear must have tags and hygiene liner intact
- Store credit will be issued (minus original shipping) once your return is processed

Once your return is received, we’ll email confirmation within 5 business days and issue store credit to your Sparkle Style® account.
Exchanges
Need a different size?
You can exchange the same item and pattern for another size within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start an exchange:
Email hello@sparklestyle.co within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Item and new size requested
- Reason for exchange
Exchange conditions:
- Product must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Include original packaging and invoice
- Postmarked within 30 days
- Customer pays to ship item back; Sparkle Style® covers shipping of replacement

FAQ
I lost my original invoice—what should I do?
Print your order confirmation email and include it in your package. This helps us identify your return and process your credit quickly.
When will I receive my store credit?
You’ll receive an email within 5 business days of your return arriving with your credit details.
Why can’t I order multiple sizes and return what doesn’t fit?
All Sparkle Style® items are made to order—created just for you when you place your order. We don’t hold inventory, so we can’t restock returned items. This helps reduce waste and keep our process sustainable. But don’t worry—you can always exchange for a new size or receive store credit if needed.
