When Will I Get My Order / How Long Does Shipping Take
U.S. Orders: Usual orders take 3-7 days to fulfill, but due to COVID-19, delays may take up 10 business days after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated at 5-8 business days. So in total, 2 to 3 weeks time (COVID-19 depending) from when you place your order.
UK, Canada, Australia & New Zealand Orders: same as above, but closer to the longer end of estimated shipping time (3 weeks) to allow for any possible customs.
Do you offer overnight or express shipping?
Not at this time.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from facilities worldwide depending on where you live. Products are usually shipped from a facility that’s closest in proximity to you. Namely; North Carolina, California, Mexico & Latvia. Alternate facilities are being used in the UK and Australia to help with order volume and implementation at this time.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes we ship to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you are interested in our products and reside outside of these areas, please drop us a quick note at email@example.com and we will let you know as soon as your country is available.
How Can I Track My Order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show in a carrier’s tracking system. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org
How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping is calculated on the total weight and size of purchase, plus the location it’s being shipped to.
My order should be here now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro Tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [insert your support email here] with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Pro Tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right.
Can I order in USD when my home country currency is different (CAD, AUS, NZD or GBP)?
Yes. Just use your Credit Card or PayPal and they will automatically do the currency conversion on your personal statement. The actual charge you will see on the Sparkle Style website at checkout however will always display the cost in USD.
