How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping is calculated on the total weight and size of purchase, plus the location it’s being shipped to.
Do you offer overnight or express shipping?
Not at this time.
Where do you ship from?
All Sparkle Style Co. products are designed in Hawaii, and manufactured/shipped at a facility that’s closest in proximity to you and able to fulfill the order most efficiently. Our partner facilities include North Carolina and California in the USA, Mexico, Lativa, Spain, Australia and United Kingdom.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes we ship to the United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia and New Zealand and Other parts of the world. If the shipping section accepts your country then we can ship to you. If you are interested in our products and reside outside of these areas, please drop us a quick note at hello@sparklestyle.co and we will let you know as soon as your country is available.
How Can I Track My Order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show in a carrier’s tracking system. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, send us an email at hello@sparklestyle.co
*If your order is being fulfilled in a country outside of the USA, a tracking number will be generated, but may not show live updates until the shipment enters the United States via USPS. Once it enters the USA, you can subscribe to the shipment tracking updates on USPS via text and/or email.
My order should be here now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro Tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@sparklestyle.co with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Pro Tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right.
ORDERS
Can I order in USD when my home country currency is different (CAD, AUS, EURO, NZD or GBP)?
Yes. Just use your Credit Card or PayPal and they will automatically do the currency conversion on your personal statement. The actual charge you will see on the Sparkle Style website at checkout however will always display the cost in USD.
How are your products made?
We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand manufacturer. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@sparklestyle.co within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Do you do specialty/custom orders?
Not at this time.
Are the gemstones/crystals you take photos of natural or lab created?
Sparkle Style Co imagery/products include use of a combination of natural, faceted, lab created gemstones and raw crystals.
Are any of your product designs / patterns from stock photos?
All Sparkle Style Co designs are 100% original, designed by Brittain Cooper. Sparkle Style Co. LLC. is the sole copyright owner of every product design/pattern on its' products. If you happen to see one of our images being used somewhere else, on anything else at all (advertisement, artwork, clothing, etc) please do us a favor and let us know right away at hello@sparklestyle.co so we can take the steps necessary to protect our intellectual property.
