Before your Crystal Resonance Session, you’ll complete a few questions to help Brit prepare. If you’d like to share a goal or intention, she’ll draw on her crystal knowledge to support it.
Your 90-minute Crystal Resonance Session includes a 15-minute introduction, 60 minutes with the crystals, and 15 minutes afterwards to reflect and discuss your experience. Each session unfolds uniquely, guided by intuition and what arises for you in the moment.
