How do I make a Return / Exchange?

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When Will I Get My Order / How Long Does Shipping Take?

It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated at 5-8 business days. So in total, 1 to 2.5 weeks time from when you place your order.

 

Do you offer overnight or express shipping?

Not at this time.  

 

Where do you ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Depending on where you live, products are usually shipped from a facility that’s closest in proximity to you. Namely; North Carolina, California, Mexico & Latvia.

 

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We currently ship anywhere in the United States. International Coming Soon!

 

How Can I Track My Order?

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.  It can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show in a carrier’s tracking system.  If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at sparklestyleco@gmail.com

 

How is shipping cost calculated?

Shipping is calculated on the total weight and size of purchase, plus the location it’s being shipped to.

 

My order should be here now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [insert your support email here] with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

 Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right.

How are your products made?

We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand manufacturer. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at orders@sparklestyle.co within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Do you do specialty/custom orders?

Not at this time.

 

Are the gemstones you take photos of natural or lab created?

They are a combination of natural and lab created gemstones & crystals. Some of the natural gemstones are cut and some are raw/uncut.

 

Are any of the designs / images you use from stock photos?

Noooooooooooo. Every photo, image and design is 100% custom made in-house, and the company is the sole copyright owner of each. If you happen to see one of our images being used somewhere else, on anything else at all (advertisement, artwork, clothing, etc) please do us a favor and let us know right away at business@sparklestyle.co so we can take the steps necessary to protect our intellectual property.
