Returns & Exchanges Policy:
We want to you to be thrilled your Sparkle Style Co. purchase and are happy to accept a return for items post marked within 30 days of product receipt for Sparkle Style Co. store credit only. All Sparkle Style Co items are made to order for you, so please be sure to review our size charts before you place an order. We discourage from ordering multiple sizes of the same item with the intent to return backup sizes since they are made to order, hence the store credit only policy. Please order a single size that you anticipate will fit. Once you receive your order, if the item doesn’t properly fit, you can exchange the item for the size up or down you need, or return for store credit.
Incorrect/Damaged Order
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within one week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If an item is incorrect or damaged in any way, please email us within one week of order receipt for a quick resolution. We will work with you to either replace the items or offer store credit.

- Photos of the discrepancy
- Additional details you wish to include
Returns
If you would like to make a Return, please contact us via email us within 15 (fifteen days) of product receipt to initiate the process. Item must be postmarked within 30 days of product receipt to receive store credit. Please take a photo of the shipping tracking number for your records.
To be eligible for return, your item must be:
- An Unworn Product (never worn, washed or altered)
- Include the original packaging
- Mailed to us (post marked) within 30 days of original receipt date
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns & exchanges
- Swimwear returns MUST have all tags and hygienic liner intact
- All Returns are Store Credit (less original shipping cost)

Once we’ve received your product + invoice, we’ll email you confirmation within 5 business days of receipt and the total amount to be credited to your Sparkle Style Co account as store credit.
Exchanges:
If you would like to make an exchange, you may do so for a different size of the exact same item/pattern/sku number. Please contact us via email within 7 (seven days) of product receipt to initiate the exchange process. Exchange Item must be postmarked within 30 (thirty days) of product receipt date to Sparkle Style Co. continue the process. Sparkle Style Co. must receive your item back before your same replacement size item is sent.
Exchanges must be made for a different size with the exact same item/pattern/sku number, they cannot be made for different items or patterns.
To be eligible for Exchange, your item must be:
- An Unworn Product (never worn, washed or altered)
- Include the original packaging
- Mailed to us (post marked) within 30 days of original receipt date
- Swimwear returns MUST have all tags and hygienic liner intact
- The shipping cost to send an item back for exchange is to be covered by the Customer.
- The shipping cost of the replacement item you’ll receive will be covered by Sparkle Style Co.

Returns/Exchanges FAQ
I lost my original shipping invoice, what do I do?
If you lost the original shipping invoice that came with your order, please instead PRINT out the order confirmation email you received when you originally placed the order. Include that print out with the product you are returning. Including the original invoice or print out of the order confirmation is the only way for us to identify who is returning the product thus who will be credited for it, so please don’t forget this important item.
Ok I mailed it all to you, now what?
Once we’ve received your product + invoice, we’ll email you confirmation within 5 business days of receipt and the total amount to be credited to your Sparkle Style account as store credit.
Why can’t I just order multiple sizes of a product and just return the size that doesn’t fit? That’s what I normally do with other fashion retailers.
Unlike traditional retailers, Sparkle Style Co. does not carry inventory, instead we are a made-to-order company. All items are created and printed on demand specifically for you when your order is placed. Therefore, there is no after-market for items that have been individually made and then returned. Because of this, we have to place a limitation on intentional over-ordering to find a preferred size. But we still have the processes in place for you to make a return/exchange if needed.
